The Erickson Team consists of realtors Roy and Martha Erickson of Prudential Florida Realty in Marco Island, Florida. We are active in Marco Island and Naples real estate. We have been awarded Prudential's Chairman's Circle Gold and President's Circle and are Five Star - "Best in Client Satisfaction" Real Estate Award Recepients six consecutive years.
Roy spent 23 years with the investment banking firm of Salomon Brothers, now Salomon Smith Barney. He retired at 40 as a General Partner/Managing Director. He continues as an Honorary Director. He also spent 15 years as a member of the Chicago Board of Trade. Roy and Martha formed The Erickson Team in 2000 at Prudential Florida Realty. and we have continued to be very active buying and selling homes, homesites and condos in Naples, Marco Island, Hammock Bay, Lely, Fiddler's Creek and at Hideaway Beach Country Club.
Martha spent many years in retail in the Chicago area. Martha intends to utilize her experience in customer relations and services to assist her customers in meeting their real estate needs.
Roy and Martha first came to visit Marco Island in 1982. They bought their first of several real estate properties on Marco in 1991. Martha and Roy moved here full time in January of 2001. He intends to put his background in financial investments and real estate to use in helping people to make good real estate decisions.
